By using PulseForge, you agree to use the platform responsibly, monitor only systems you control or are authorized to test, and comply with all applicable laws, policies, and payment obligations.
Service Scope
PulseForge provides uptime monitoring, alerting, endpoint analytics, and credit-based billing.
We may modify features, usage limits, integrations, and security controls as the product evolves.
Account Responsibilities
- Keep login credentials and recovery methods secure.
- Provide accurate account and billing information.
- Report unauthorized access or suspicious account activity promptly.
- Accept responsibility for actions performed through your account.
Acceptable Use
- Do not monitor targets you do not own or administer.
- Do not use the service for abuse, intrusion, scanning, DDoS activity, or evasion.
- Do not attempt to break rate limits, billing controls, or platform protections.
- Do not upload malicious payloads or use the platform to distribute malware or spam.
Billing and Credits
- Paid plans add credits and higher service capabilities to your account wallet.
- Credits are consumed by successful monitoring activity according to platform logic.
- Prices, plan limits, and retention windows may change with notice.
- Fraudulent or abusive payment activity may result in suspension.
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access when accounts are used for abusive monitoring, unauthorized target probing, payment fraud, credential misuse, or behavior that threatens platform stability or legal compliance.
Where practical, we aim to provide notice and remediation guidance before permanent action, but immediate suspension may occur for urgent security or abuse events.
Changes to the Service
PulseForge will continue evolving. Features, quotas, supported integrations, retention windows, and plan definitions may change as the product matures.
Material changes to pricing or legal terms will be reflected in product notices, updated public pages, or support communications where appropriate.
Availability and Liability
We work to maintain reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability in every circumstance.
To the extent permitted by law, PulseForge is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from service use or interruption.
